A Tribute To Mom

Good Sunday Morning! (in my best Robin Williams voice) Today over at the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge blog we are celebrating Mother's Day. Create any project celebrating Mothers and link it up to the blog over the next week for a chance to win SIX DIGITAL IMAGES FREE! We all used digital images from Sketching Stamper. They are the sponsors for this week . This was my first time using a digital image. While there is a bit of a learning curve I have to admit that it was fun to resize my image to fit my needs. My image is called Tulip Bowl and you can find it in this post. I had fun coloring it in. I just used my inks and a blender pen. Make sure you check out the design team blogs as well and leave them a comment letting them know what you think. They are located on the left side bar of my blog. Here is my card:


I used another charm! I also got this really great paper from K&C Company. I really like it. I printed my image onto my Whisper White paper and then cut it out with my cuttlebug. Before removing it from my oval nestie I sponged on some Baja Breeze ink....very lightly. Here is a close up of my ribbon and charm. The ribbon is just three small strips tied together in a knot and then adhered with a glue dot. I also adhered Tiny Twinkles in each little diamond on my punched border.

Great coloring on your image Nikki, love the reds, and your ribbon is fabulous. I don't think I could tie three ribbons together, I struggle with one...lol
