It's sure to be a fun time checking out all the new images in the Snickerdoodle Kids Collection. Today I have a sample using the SUPER cute Sledding with Marty and Max .
When I saw this image it reminded me of my brother and a dog we used to have. We used to go sledding as kids at Deadman's Hill. Now, if that doesn't make you a bit scared to go down the hill what will? It was always so much fun to go there though. So I made this card for my brother. He lives in L.A. now so he doesn't get to go sledding much. It may be hard to see, but this is actually a clear card. I used some scrap glittered felt that I had leftover from another project. It worked perfectly. This card has a lot of sparkle to it. I used LOTS of glitter. My brother's going to either love me or hate me as he sparkles for days after getting this. One thing is for sure....he'll be thinking of me in some way:) Because I used glitter I am going to enter this into Lucy's Challenge this week.

what a fantastic idea using the clear plastic. The glitter felt makes for perfect snow. I haven't been on a sled before but I couldn't see myself being too excited about Deadman's Hill if offered with a name like that! Thanks for the inspiration and great ideas.
