Did you have a great Super Bowl Sunday? Did your team win or did you get to just spend time stamping instead.? I really thought I'd stamp, but I ended up watching most of the game this year. I'm starting to like football. My card today is one that was showcased during the PWCO stamp release. I just know that I am going to use this little football player A LOT. My son LOVES football. So I made this for him for his birthday. I'm WAY ahead of schedule. This is a side step card that was a featured technique on Splitcoast a few weeks back. They are super easy to make. I also got that sentiment from a free digi sponsored by Papertrey designer BETH last week.
This little guys is supposed to resemble a Notre Dame football player. When my son was home sick a few weeks ago we watch "Rudy" 3 times. He decided that he wants to play football for the IRISH someday just like Rudy. We almost have his IRISH room finished. Just a few more pictures to hang.
I have one other project using Zach the Football Player.
This is a Milk Carton that I was going to put M&M's in for the Super Bowl game. However, I didn't get a chance. So it may become my little guy's Valentine. These milk cartons are pretty easy to make. I used some twill to resemble the white markings on a football, as well as, some football texture paper by The Paper Studio.
Have a great Monday!
