Doesn't that sound like fun? Make something for a child today as part of Stamptacular Sunday's Challenge. You could win some really cute stamps from Paper Makeup Stamps. Head on over to check it out and see some of the super cute ideas the design team has to share. Stop off and leave them some comments too.
My project is yet another photo album. This one is a bit different from last weeks. My daughter is spending the week with her cousins. She asked me to print out some pictures of the family so she could look at them if she got to missing us to much. Well, I couldn't just print them out. I had to make them into an album.
I used some chipboard coasters that I got HERE. I used a digital stamp from Digi Stamp Boutique. They are having a sale this week:) This little fairy is Lizzie. Her wings are colored with a gelly roll pen in silver. I used a combination of Copics and prismacolor pencils to color her. My daughter loves fairies and the color purple. I added some little Twinkles from Taylored Expressions around the scalloped image. I also used a silver star from my stash with a rhinestone added to cover the hole.
Here is the inside:All my pictures are printed on a matte photo paper, cut to fit and adhered with a glue stick. TIP: Before adhering pictures use a marker to color the outer edge of the chipboard to match the album. Yes, I learned this the hard way:(
I also made my daughter this little box. I will put candy in it for now. She can then use it for pencils when school starts. It's a recycled Blender Pen box.
This also uses a digital image from Digi Stamp Boutique. LOVE the images and LOVE that they are on SALE right now.
Hope you have a great Sunday.
