Yes, I'm a Slacker

I have been really lazy at posting this week. I have been stamping, but it is for Designer Team stuff. So, nothing to show. Well, I do have one picture to show.

Yeah!!! My FREE stamps from Verve came on Tues and I literally screamed with delight. So, I will have stuff to show on Saturday I hope. I am in the process of my MOJO Monday Sketch. It just isn't complete. We are having a family party here this weekend and I have been busy prepping for that. I have to cook and that is SOOO draining on my energy, dude. Blek! Party prep is NOT my forte. Don't you like how I went from surfer dude to sophisticated in just 2 sentences? I wear many hats. Ok, enough babble. I also wanted to show you why I should have a card on Sat.

This was waiting for me when I came home today. It's my new Janome Mini Sew!

I can't wait to sew....a card that is:) My old sewing machine broke last week. Well, it wasn't really old. Oonly less than 2 years . Of course, I couldn't find a receipt for it and it was going to cost more to fix than I actually bought it for. So, I decided to get this little baby. I am so excited. It was only about $67 with tax and shipping. I got it through Home Depot and it is supposed to sew craft project and small sewing tasks. That is all this girl needs. I read up on it and have seen many crafter's say they love theirs. It's only 5 lbs. I am hoping to head to the basement tonight and do some crafting. For now, I'm off to get my kids, then dinner, bake a cake, cut up strawberries and spend some time with my husband. I've missed him! So, I should be back here tomorrow with something worthwhile. Also, don't forget to check my blog on Sunday. It's CHALLENGE DAY!
