Happy Earth Day!!!!

I'm so excited about my card today. It is FULL of somewhat "recycled" things. I have several elements on here that were laying around my desk from projects that didn't get used. That "friend" rub on has been on my desk, with no protective back, for probably 5 months. I finally decided I needed to use it or throw it out because it was collecting debris on the back side. So I cut my paper and put that down first. That way there was no changing my mind. The card just kind of transformed from that. The green ribbon and separate green bow were recycled. Also, that white flower with the green Kaiser pearl was a "reject" from another project. So not only do I have green on my card, I went green and reused instead of throwing out. There's not a lot of stamping on this card. Just those dots from my new Build a Bouquet set that I got for soooo cheap! $5 over at My Favorite Things. It is back up to the original price now though. Sorry for the tease:) Also, my charm matches way better than the photo suggests. I really like the look of charms, but I have such a hard time figuring out how to attach them. Any suggestions?

Hope you have a great Earth Day. The kids and I are heading to the mall to get my daughter's ears pierced and then to Dorothy Lane Market for some "killer brownies." Yummo! Not very "earthy", but fun!

Great card! I need to start recycling some of my scraps and rejects.. maybe then my craft room wouldn't be such a mess! I love the colors and the layout you used! Really like this card!
