Celebrate

Celebrate is what we are going to do today. BOTH of my kids got all "A's" on their report cards. I'm so proud of them. So we are taking them to a movie and out to eat as a reward. I didn't make my card for them though. This is for the sketch challenge on Splitcoaststampers.


I really love this sketch because it's a great way to use up scrap pieces of paper. Are you sick of this paper I used yet? Well, that was the last of it....unless I print more;) It's a free download HERE. This entire card is made up of all scraps except the white base. That pink flower is just torn circles of paper layered. That button was in my stash and matches perfectly.....love that! My leaves were cut free hand and distressed after running it through my cuttlebug. I did my wonky stitching too. Janome Sew Mini and I are getting along better. It just took me a bit to get used to it.

congratulations to your kids on their top marks! we've already dealt with the very first B+ ever...but everything else was A's & E's! i love your card as well. love the three columns and that flower is the bomb!
