Sometimes All You Need Is Faith, Trust and Love

There are days when I haveFAITH that tomorrow will be better. That the bickering and fighting is out of their system. That my kids will get along. Then I walk in to find them like this.

My son TRUSTING his sister to cut his toenails.

My daughter LOVING her brother enough to actually DO it.

This reminds me of my sister and I waiting for my brother to fall asleep when we were kids so we could cut his toenails. He wasn't as cooperative and hated having his toenails cut. He would let them grown so long they curled. YUCK!

So keep the faith, ok. Because even though they fought again today...there's always tomorrow:)

I can't believe I ran across your post when Faith has been such a strong presence for me this past week.

My son had some major surgery last Wednesday. I was extremely worried and my sweet, sweet hubby came home with a small blue box and handed it to me. It was a necklace with a cross carved in silver and at the bottom it says "Faith". I've rubbed over that faith alot the last few days to remind me how important FAITH is!

What a sweet story! It seems my kids can't do anything these days that doesn't involve screaming (and occasionally blood) so I'm grateful you shared. Have a wonderful trip!
